The Chicago Urological Society Meetings are accredited by the Illinois State Medical Society

To claim CME credits during a CUS meeting, please be sure to do the following:

1. Sign in on the designated attendance sheet upon arriving at the meeting

2. Complete a credit claim form and return it to the registration desk before leaving

CME certificates will be sent to meeting attendees via email. They typically take about 3 months to arrive.
